Help: How can i add a page on word

Hi, My daughter is trying to fill in a application form for a job, however she is having trouble adding a page to a word document which is already formatted. Does anyone have any idea how she can do this, we have googled, but have had no success. Please can any one help. Thanks

At a guess I would say if it's a template they probably want you to stick to the template.

Does it say to add more pages if necessary? You can normally add a page by inserting a page break (From the menus at the top: Insert > Break... > Page Break)

But it might be that this template prevents this. The only other thing I can suggest is to write the extra details on a separate document and attach this as well. But that returns me to my original point about sticking to the template.

Does it allow you to drop the font size a bit? Although I wouldn't make it too small.
