Anyone any good at number crunching
. I will get charged 2% of my total spend if I use my clubcard credit card to pay off a certain account. My total spend will be around £8000 over 4 months. Will I actually gain in clubcard deals by paying the 2% or would the extra charges actually cancel out the deal value.:rolleyes: I get 1 point for each £4 spent.

If you get 1 point for each £4 spent then this is equivalent to 0.25% if you spend the vouchers in store or up to 1% for deals. So in a word, no!0

Do you mean you're doing a balance transfer to pay off another account??
I don't think Tesco offer points on tranfers.0 -
Hi, no its for a building merchant account. Its paying for goods so points will be awarded, I'm just terrible with numbers and cant get my head around whether the 2% charge will wipe out the value of the clubcard deals.0
