Flight changes during trip

I'm in the US at the minute, having arrived on the 21st October, and planning to leave on the 16th January. My return trip is XNA (Northwest Arkansas) > Memphis > Dublin. My flight from XNA was supposed to be leaving at 12:30pm, but today I received an email from NWA stating that they have changed my flight to one departing at 6:15am, with a subsequent 7 hour layover in Memphis.
I can't make a flight at 6:15am, and I don't particularly relish the idea of waiting an extra 7 hours in Memphis. The change has added 13 hours onto my journey time.
I'm aware that the issue of airlines changing flights comes up quite regularly, but I haven't seen any that have taken place after the trip has started. I called NWA, who said they only have two flights that day from XNA, and the later one is too late for my connection; the flight I was supposed to be on is now leaving later. My flights to Newark and Dublin are with Continental. What are my options here? Should I be contacting Opodo as the people who I booked my flights with, or the airlines? Is it reasonable for me to ask them to change my whole return itinerary to accomodate a later flight? Or should I just find a good book and put up with it?

I would try Opodo first.
I found them very helpful when flight changes left me with what I thought was an unreasonably short time to make a transfer, they assured me it would be OK but were able to change my booking to a later flight.
I initially contacted them by email, but the exchange of mails was quite slow. When I ended up phoning it got cleared up pretty fast.

Uh, it is quite common for a schedule change to happen after the trip starts, expecially if it's a very long trip like yours. Phone the travel agent you booked with, and they'll sort out a flight home for you.0
