Cancelling contract before it's up

...got a t-mobile phone for business but not really in need of it as i have discovered. What are they like if u want to pull out b4 the contract has ended?

  • generally you are required to pay off the remaining months line rental, easiest way of doing this is to convince them to put you on a lower tariff (or you'll have to leave), when they've done this, pay off the remaining months at a lower rate.

    T_mobile have 11 month minimum before downgrades are possible, as you are tied into contract they aren't likely to budge to let you leave as they have no need to. Can but ask, but in reality they have the upper hand, threatening to leave when you are liable for all the remaining months at current rate is a bad starting point from your perspective
