  • Chelsea still not committed as of yesterday. Although I have a Bank of England tracker with no collar so am expecting the full 1.5%. T&Cs say they have 30 days to advise me.

    Abbey's SVR will therefore fall from 6.94 per cent to 5.44 per cent, taking effect from the start of December.
