if it's a big company send the email to the MD, if it's a one man and his van company, let it go. One day the ar5e ole will get what's coming to him! he may end up sending the same mail to someone who doesn;t love jesus and lives locally and pop around to slap him around a little.

Sadly there is no legal issue here (no libel, breach of consumer rights, etc).

Nowhere to go...apart from bad publicity for the company.

I agree. What I can't believe is people believing in the evolution "theory" Now that is stupid. Coming from apes. Then why are there still apes ? Giraffes evolved long necks. Then why didn't they die in between not being able to reach the branches?
