Do I delete it?

I recently remove all traces of mywebsearch from my computer on my user.
After reading pchelpmans advice to jessie I used hijackthis on the other user on the computer. It is riddled with mywebsearch so should I remove it from there too?

There are also traces of Norton which I thought I had completely removed.

Yes, you should probably be fine to delete it if you removed it from your computer previously. It could be on another user or unneeded registry settings left behind.

If in doubt, save your HiJack This log to your computer, then open the file, copy the contents and post it here and I will take a look for you.

I would remove it using safe mode and running spybot, adaware + microsoft anti spyware as posted in various threads on here

there are Nortons Removal tools on the web site that will remove any traces, is it Norton 2003 ???

Whether it has changed since I last tried I don't know, but when I tried to remove it from a friend's computer :rolleyes: you had to download the uninstaller :mad: (This was in the days of 56Kbps dial-up connections!) which would have probably introduced more spyware and junk. I ended up performing a reinstall...
