Egg statements STILL not working!!!

Is anyone else having this problem with the Egg credit card?
For nearly 4 weeks now I have been unable to view any of my statements. It is very important as I noticed fraudulent use on that card and need to check that there has been no more fraud. I have been sent a new card which has been activated and the old one cancelled.
I have e-mailed them 10 times and phoned twice and every time I get a different person who gives me a different answer, the latest I was told was that this was a "known problem" and once my November statement came through this would force the other statements through. Of course it has not. I can view the November statement, but not the others. I have asked for printed statements to be sent so I can check those. I am still waiting!
Has anyone got any ideas what I can do, is there anyone higher up I can complain to as I am getting nowhere. :mad:

Having had two (might be three) of *my* cards go missing (drunk/stolen/my incompetance, take your pick) with a second card holder slapping me silly because they couldn't use theirs, I've got to say I've never had a problem accessing transactions via their website due to missing cards/fraud.
I occaasionally get calls from Egg and it's usually 2nd card holder trying to spend too much on it (with my permission, for others reading this!) But I've never had a problem with accessing transactions online.Conjugating the verb 'to be":

Had no problems with getting statements online, just tried to make sure! Have you tried deleting temporary internet files and deleting cookies? It might be something simple like that. What browser are you using?0

It is only my account that is the problem. I can log onto my husband's separate Egg account and view his statements without any trouble so I am assuming it is not a problem with my computer. We use Internet Explorer and everything else seems to work.
I just think it is really odd that Egg keep giving me different explanations and that I can see the new statement and not the old ones.0
