Student Loan transfer to Honours Trustee Ltd

Has anyone else had their outstanding student loan sold to a comapny called Honours Trustee Ltd? I received a letter informing me that I was no longer under the administration of SLC and that all correspondance would have to be put to this new company.
However my payments have been restructured and I seem to be paying less. I am not sure if I am paying more interest to this new company and/or over a longer period. Does anyone else have anymore info on this?

Last year the Student Loans Company Changed to Student Finances Direct. With a new logo. Yet still receive Student Loans Company letters now and again. Tis a bit confusing"Never underestimate the predictability of stupidity"0

Sounds ever so slightly dodgy, if you ask me. Be careful.0 -
Done a bit more research. Seems legit, if you had a student loan before September 1998.
