JPMorgan - problems?

My wife has a small portfolio of ITs with JPMorgan. Their website has been down for logins for almost a week now, this months direct debit has not been collected and the website now states that everyone will have to re-register their accounts!

It looks like they have had major security problems. Of course their has been zero communication from JPM by e-mail - they are sending out new account numbers by snail-mail.

The whole situation doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

    Sure its not ICICI she banks with ? Sounds more like them `!! lol
