on the 7th i paid off my egg credit card at 11am and they state that if its befor 1pm the transaction will go through that day and clear in 3 working days. this still had not showen up on my statement on the saturday morning and i could not get through to talk to someone. so stupidly i paid it again. egg recived both transactions on the 11 and have said they will return the positive amount! as of today i still have not recived my money 6 working days later! is there anything i can do?

why not set up a DD ?

and why not just spend the money on the card in the normal way

they have stopped my account with them. what use would setting up a direct debt do they owe me money?

sorry i tried to put as much information in as possible currently im £650 in credit with egg. and they canceled my card in may. so i cant spend on it.

still no sign of the money but had a message saying they have done a 1 day transfer and should be with me by EOD and the will pay the little amount of intrest i owe! is it worth sending a letter of commplante?
