Very good prices on Champagne, fast efficent and helpful, when a glass was broken in transit they replaced it and sent a complimentary bottle of wine. Good stuff guys!
That is a nice site. Thanks :jSilence is more musical than any song0 -

As you may or may not be aware with the Sunday Times Wine club you are really just buying from Laithwaites, with Sunday Times [affiliated] branding. So that's 3 votes for Laithwaites, actually and mine, that makes 4.
FWIW Laithwaites run quite a few "clubs" for different organisations. You can usually tart around these in true MSE style picking the best of the intro / member offers.
Virgin wines I've had some good cases off them, couple of years ago you used to be able to buy discounted £50 cases and use a £25 off code, and a 13th bottle free code. £30 for a 13 bottle case delivered was very good, and they did some cracking reds. The 3 bottle case with Champagne that cost under a tenner delivered with superb, however since then they've tightened things up. In the past I've had a few mediocre and 1 poor wine off them, but they do credit you for any duds (against your next purchase). Probably works out best for them to slip in a couple of dud bottles in each case so you have a credit which you feel you must use with them again!

The Tesco offers seem to be really good quality wines (in general). Haven't ordered much, but what we have has been delivered on time and been very good value - using the codes which are around. The Loire offer seems to have been a mis-pricing which we have to live with. There have been several of these on various sites over Xmas!
Incidentally, the OP doesn't seem to have been back. I hope all these ideas haven't been wasted?0 -

Agreed, this was a misprice issue, but it's the (lack of) Customer Service afterwards which has put me and others off. Stick with Virgin.0 -
Hi. If you want every day budget wines, most of the major supermarkets offer an on line wine service. Obviously Tesco and Sainsbury's are the lower priced end but I would stroingly recommend lookng t Waitrose, they have a fantastic range and some VERY fineand affordable wines. Their Mont Gras carmeb=nere Reserve @6.99 when not on offer is still great value. For those fine wines for high days and holidays, you could do worse than lookn at welovefinewines.com. they only order by the case but if you know what you are looking for, you can get some great wines for laying down and savouring at leisure. Hoep this helps. Regards from EnricoJyess.0

I had a look at this site and must say it isn't the sort of site a moneysaver should be using. If you look at the Australian Mixed Red and White case it's £58.99 for 6 bottles that you could pick up from any supermarket for approx £36 and thats when they're not on offer.
The champagne prices are laughable too and you still have to pay 3.99 delivery on top. Stear clear of this one, my personal reccomendation would be Tesco, I'm not always their greatest fan but in online wine terms they are pretty darn good.0 -
Averys are good: https://www.averys.com
Stone, Vine and Sun are excellent, never had a bad bottle of wine from them, quality of their wines is much better than the supermarkets which tend to stock the 'big brands' which customers recognize.

Or order direct - the Chateau Bauduc white (Gordon Ramsay and Rick Steins restaurant house wine) is excellent and worth the price of around £7 per bottle delivered (per case of 12), they do smaller amounts at Christmas.

(They rated Stone, Vine & Sun best at 8.5/10 and Virgin worst at 3/10)
Have also had some decent wines from the Richard & Judy Wine Club (!) which is basically just a selection of Laithwaites wines on a rebranded site, but has some good offers..."The happiest of people don't necessarily have the
best of everything; they just make the best
of everything that comes along their way."
