As for everything else, I cant see anything wrong with it
Which programs sometimes fail to respond?
My computer is just random with the problems, at least I think it is, sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't.0 -

oh It's a daft programme, might as well leave it it's not hurting, well I don't think so anyway, thanks for looking at my log, so everything looks ok does it?0

well theres nothing 'wrong' that I can see (Aside from you not FIXing those 2 things I pointed out)
Though you do have programs starting up in the boot sequence that arent really needed
You also use NORTON 360, which I persoanlly detest and dont find particularly good at its job. But thats just my personal comment.:idea:0 -
I have fixed those things, I'm also not sure how to stop all things that are loading when I boot up, can u help me with that please, we re-run hijack this and check again, thanks0

            Download STARTUP LITE
http://www.malwarebytes.org/startuplite.php
Run that, it will allow you to disable all known useless start up entries
reboot
Then open CCLEANER
http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
may as well run the top scan whilst were here (Cleans the Crap off the computer)
then goto TOOLS and START UP
that gives all startup entries left. Any your thinking of stopping, list them here to make sure its safe:idea:0
