Do i just leave all the changes i've done or do i go through it again removing them? What happened to my computer for this to happen? If its easy to explain please do.0

ooh.. edit the post as it has worked.. woohoo!!
yes... i should have been clearer to put them in the actual connection you use..
ok.. what has happened is that whoever your ISP is, their DNS server has lost the connection to that page.. yes, it will pick it up.. normally within 24 - 72 hours...
it really has nothing to do with your computer, and it is to do with your internet provider... Domain Name Servers are weird beasts, and best left unexplained to be honest...
(simplicity is key here)
personally.. i always use DNS within the ranges that i've given you, as to many other people, so personally, i wouldn't bother changing it...
and just for making this post a little bit more techy, the available DNS servers you can use are
4.2.2.1
4.2.2.2
4.2.2.3
4.2.2.4
4.2.2.5
4.2.2.6
one a week or so, i go through them and ping them, to find out which is the fastest for me.. it is milliseconds we're talking about here.. but it all makes a difference.. well to me anyway..

hazelmere, I'm glad you got it sorted & that it wasn't anyone messing with your pc

markymoo, well done for coming up with the solution :T
I'm tempted, but I'm not even going to give that ping checking thing a try, otherwise I could see me developing a new obsession!0
