what is the rent process

hi me and my bro are going to look at a 2 bed house on thurs and are wanting to know about the process basically. it is owned by someone we know but have to go through the letting agency she is dealing with.

my bro has a great credit rating etc but i dont! are parents have said they would be guarentors which is good and we have the deposit ready etc. we are 25 and 22 repectively and are slightly worried about are chances of getting a property basically and wondered if people could tell us or advise us?????

    i think your gonna be fine, nearly all estate agents/letting agents allow a guarantor hun (we have had to do it in the past), and with your bro having good credit aswell, i really wouldnt worry about
