Amazon...change/amending order....

Just placed an order at Amazon....realised I'd made a small error.....so checked on the site to see what to do.....

no option to cancel appears....I email them...no reply....I phone them....guy on phone says....it must have been quiet in the dispatch dept as its gone straight to "awaiting dispatch"...I said in my 7 years of shopping there...Iv'e never seen it move so quick...he says he hasn't either!!!...

I say its estimated dispatch date is 27th of November...he says sorry its in the system....so he advises all you can do is wait til its delivered....then send it back...and request a different size....lol....how efficient is that.....lol....
