Equigas Prepayment Meters

Hi all,

Just checked my gas meter which i normally top up monthly and noticed that my gas meter has not gone down at all!!

Obviously i have used gas in the past few weeks, just spoke to my mum and she and a neighbours have not gone down either.

Tried ringing the customer line but the waiting time is over 10 mins! Anyone having the same problem or aware of an issue?
