money gone from new current account

Hi all,

I have opened a new current account with Halifax, got the all clear yesterday so transfered £100 from my FD account to my new Halifax account. The transfer was recieved and showed on my halifax online bancking screen. When i logged in today, it has gone to £0.00 again??

Have not as yet had chance to pop into a branch or call them, just wonder if anyone else has had this problem, is it likely to sort its self out over night?

no, my mum and dad opened a ulimate reward account paid in the £100 and it never got taken it was there on on-line banking the same day, ring your local branch and they'll find out for you.

Sounds like somebody's pressed the worng button.

Pop in / call them to sort it out.
