Warning!! House Price Inflation!!

A lot of people are jumping onto the House Price Crash bandwagon and are begining to think that house prices always fall.

I want to warn you all that I'm convinced that house prices will increase and that some people will get left behind as prices rise.

When house prices start rising, I'll be here to tell you that...

I TOLD YOU SO!
BUT No one Would Listen!!

I can't wait for the House Price Rise, so that I can go on and on and on about how I was "telling you back in 2008 that prices had to rise but no one would listen". "Everyone thought I was a crank and a crackpot, but now see, I am right, houses have risen. The 'naysayers' should grovel at my feet and apologise!"

  • You made that website up!

All the HPC people are putting their heads in the sand and thinking that prices only go down. It's going to come as a real shock when prices go up. I just hope that no one gets burned badly with their advice. :(

    Isn't that a little early?

Anyway everyone agrees prices will rise again, the question is when?

Care to make a guess now, so we can come back and check?

    Apologies if you already have.

I think it is going to take a little while to get back to where they were before certainly! and do you really want them to as well? some house prices were so over inflated it was ridiculous. I expect them to maybe fall a little more over the next six months and then maybe start rising again. But I am no expert. Just my opinion.

The best thing is if we were in dotcom time that would of been snapped up for £12m.:D
  • You can all bury your heads in the sand and be HPI Deniers, but I'm telling you that house prices will rise.

How silly will you all feel when they do. I will be vindicated.
