Take it back anyway. It doesn't matter if you don't have the receipt or packaging - if it's faulty they HAVE to replace or refund

if you have a credit card statement showing when abouts you bought it that might make it easier to get a refund, or they will give you an exchange/credit note

They are instock on .com so if you really want another one, take it back then ask the store to order you another one from .com

I got this today with 3 items 1 x city block and 2 x pore refining sheets!

For anyone needing Indigestion remedies the large packs of Rennies are 2 for £6 ,they were on offer at £3.29 but this is even better.I got Boots Heartburn relief tabs too and used my bluey and a 100pts mailing voucher.
Maybe the bluey would work on the 2 for £6 rennies but not sure what the till sees.

With the botanics stuff i know .com only gives 1 lot of 150 points but was hoping it was diffrent instore.
Why oh why has every xmas evening been just before my oh gets paid? I had a brilliant shop planned, 4658 points back (possibly more if i got an acm voucher) on a £51 shop.:mad: And its the last xmas evening.:mad:

Sorry, you won't really need it - I'm just paranoid and like to go with as much ammo as I can find to prevent them comming up with any excuses! (point to boots entry 'look this is when I bought it...etc)
but if it's not working properly you won't have any problems, they are really good with returns when things are faulty. It's not like you could have bought it anywhere else!
Calmly state that it is not working and you would like a refund/exchange. don't worry, I returned a non-working pedicure thing last week, they could not have been more apologetic and helpful.
Just keep saying SAD FART, SAD FART, (quietly!)
