Hi and thanx to minimoneyme and Scarlett.1974 for explaining the razor/gift set 3 4 2 thing. I understand it now (I think) lol. I try and explain Bootsing and glitches to my DH but he just has this glazed look so I never know if its the way I explain stuff or he is just not interested (being a man I suspect the latter) Thanx again

He'll get there..... eventually lol. My DH rang me excitedly this morning saying he'd got a meal deal and had remembered to ask for a bluey! Noooo....I've got a purse full of the blasted things! Has anyone come up with anything good yet for them? I don't like the sound of those Roc wipes and my local won't let me use it on the shelves of the reduced Time Delay stuff :mad:
I've never done the meal deal thing before but he said you could get the nuts (99pish) with it instead of crisps, he seems to think that no one else knows this, but maybe this is old news for the regular meal dealers, thought I'd mention it anyway - he'd be so chuffed if he found something verging on a glitch!

We've just taken full advantage of the Wilko 342 offer. The first SA said she didn't think it would work but was happy to try.... RESULT!!

Went back to the shelf and there was only 2 left :mad:

BUT... at the end of the aisle was a display stand fully stocked :j . 2nd SA was so impressed she was on her way down to buy them when her shift finished and get her discount on top, i just think thats really cheeky! :rotfl:

Also grabbed the UG 2 for £6 a few weeks ago and forgot to say thanks to you all , belated i know but thx :beer:

just got a .com order and one of my 342 items was out of stock, so they have charged me £8 for one item, refunded £8 for the missing and given me the 3rd free! and allowed me to keep my points (it seems as though they have anyway!) so £8 for 2 sanctuary items (annoyed that the other is out of stock though!)

I thought the razor glitch had been busted but maybe I just did something wrong? There were only 2 packs left so I decided to do the 342 with a £6 Olay gift set, and got a sandwich to disguise - but till said £14.90-ish.

Said I'd made a mistake and just bought the sandwich. Gutted!

oh had right shop wiv nasty cs in local store today, re razor blades (replacements) half price.

PHONE CS told me they were on H/P so got 3 paks (titanum) shop assistant said not h/p, ended up askin for manager. She came ova, no they third off, advised ring cs, they apparently said not h/p??? (did she ring?).

Anyhow, i said id take them n ring cs for points bak, she said yeah i know u will (very snottly), and after a few more sacastic comments, i pleasantly said thanks, but she never spoke a word..... How Rude... (no thanks, bye, kiss me ---- or anything

Rang CS they said blade were half price, passed complaint onto manager, who passed onto shop..

Shops real manager rang, blades on third off, i said was told twice half price, he offered refund advised him was not bothered about price its the attitude staff. All he did was go on about refund, in end told him many times it was attitude and he finally brought himself to apoligise... then put phone down without saying goodbye etc..

Waitin for phone cs call bak now as was told half price by two staff...What a shambles (good job in sum cases)

Just matter intrest if i ordered 3 paks off .com to be delivered to store, do i have pay p an p and do i pay .com price???? which is half price!!

There is no glitch with S&G. Boots are simply selling the old S&G GWP's off at £5 each. The are called "Admit it you want me" and go through on the 342 christmas offer.
Therefore 3 sets for £10

This doesn't work on .com - can't remember what it goes through as, full price I think!
:eek: Maybe now CS know it might get stopped sharpish!
