well .com is rubbish at the moment. Not only is nothing going through as free delivery but neither is the 1000 points promo on £75 spend.

Ahhhhh the boots site is rubbish!!! if you do manage to get it to work it is so slow then puts things in the basket to take them out again..think we should all complain to CS about the site

Yesterday in Boots - I bought 2 x clinique items ( one being skincare) - Got an extra 500 points that is a standard store offer - and then you get 750 points with your parenting club voucher ( mine arrived yesterday) - So I got a total of 1250 points - Yipeeeee.

Points for an order of mine which was despatched on 13th weren't available at the points machine last night and not showing as pending on .com - they are showing as pending this morning. So that's 8 days to show, not the 5 alleged by Boots! Strangely another order despatched on Tuesday is showing pending points already!! I would not make a special trip intending to spend your .com points until they show on .com!! There seems to be no logic behind when the points will appear.
