I bought two sets £50+ worth of products on the weekend...
The first lot came to £51.28 and I got 204 points
The second lot came to £55.75, consisted of mainly Benefit stuff, and I got only 64 points......

(got the 1000 points on both transactions, plus used some other points coupons)

Did the second lot get less points because it is Benefit stuff?
Just trying to figure out what has happened
ANy advice much appreciated

The larger Boots in Ilford has loads of S & G "Admit it ...." sets, upstairs, back wall, with all the other S & G stuff, 3 for 2. Oodles of razors too, downstairs near the sandwiches.

Did the 3 for 2 thingy on the razors, and SA said "that's a good price, I'd better get some for myself", so I went back and fetched her some. She was so grateful!

Even gave me a handful of gift bags - they had boxes all over the place - have they overordered on these too?

Staines had 4 of the wilkinson sword quattro razors left at lunchtime. Not a glitch that interests me, but may be useful for someone else.

Well ... I could tell you, but don't want to embarrass you. Just joking. And Bham-Dave more or less volunteered to handcuff me and feed me lots of crisps last night! I get bored very easily. Anyway, cooked this morning, vacuumed all the bedrooms, cleaned the bathroom and even the loo, there was nothing for me to do, so bounced into BOOTS. Working tomorrow, so it's all good. Though I bet you a tenner I will go to Boots. Oh well.

I don't think it should have made any difference at all. The offer pts were on all products (except the normal exclusions)

You should have recieved 220 pts plus 500 points when you buy 2 or more Benefit products. (If you bought 2 or more)

Perhaps you could ring CS, I think they are more likely to re-instate your pts than going back to the store.

EDIT- just ignore me, not in top form today. As an old Bootser (just put it down to senility) :rotfl:I should have realised what LuSiVe and llonaRN pointed out. That ofer points will always overide the normal points.

Watch out for those crisp crumbs Mimi, they get everywhere.:rotfl: Also hoovering them up could prove very difficult if you are handcuffed.

BTW can I have some of your energy please, you have way too much of it for one person. :j What you need is a superb glitch to keep you occupied, I think we are overdue one, and Boots boredom is setting in.:whistle:

I think if you get offer points on things sometimes you don't get any normal points on them. JK files were like that last time ... ie if you got 500 bonus points for buying 2 benefit things you may not have got the 4 points/£ as well.

hehe, whoelse been boots again:) i have been bigger boots today as its my child-free day, i decided i need retail theraphy:)
bought botanics pampering sets 1.95, they will do great gift for nursery stuff, school teachers. picked up 2 s&g soap heroes set and 1 hand wash set, thinking they are 342. sa tells me they are different offer. if want soap heroes i need another set of thoes, went to shelf no soap heroes, and no sel nothing, there is only 8pounds for something sel. i actually thought it was 8pounds as i could not read small note.
woohoo, sa override the till gave me soap heroes for 8 pounds and i have free bodymist. plus gift bag. bought 3 r&m mirrir gift set 342, and used 5off mailing voucher,too

not finished yet, went even bigger boots. decided to try 2of8 blueys on gorgeous feet pamering gift set. picked on up wne to pretty young sa, as she said" they dont work" it went thru, paid 6pounds.
decided to try 342, picked 3 wnet back happen to be old dargon, she told me off when saw my 2of8 bluey. arrhhhh, she looke scarey so said nothing paid by points, they will go back in couple of days.
bwt, can i take things to different boots shop to avoid extreme travelling for just return, feel good i had good deal on my s&g sets ,how is everyone/???
