I'm with Southern Electric and have had a letter telling me my Fixed Rate tarriff ends on November 30.

They'er offering me the chance to swicth to "Better Plan", an energy efficiency rewards programme.

Is this worth it or should I consider another tarriff or even switching supplier again? I have done quite regualrly and have only been with them about six months I think.

Many thanks.

I'm with Scottish Hydro - same group. My fixed tariff also ends November 30th and they have written offering this Better Plan. As far as I can see it's their standard tariff with a few rewards if you save energy.

Basically for my consumption the standard tariff, or indeed Better Plan, is approximately 23% more than the cheapest tariff available.

I would switch to another supplier.
