And the terms and conditions...

1. Offer: Stay for 2 consecutive nights at any Malmaison or Hotel Du Vin Hotel in the UK for £200.
2. Offer valid from November 1st 2008 - March 31st 2009, subject to availability. All bookings must be made and taken by March 31st 2009.
3. £200 includes two nights accommodation with breakfast for two people sharing a standard room at any Malmaison and Hotel du Vin in the UK. For Malmaison London this offer is only valid on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
4. A room upgrade will be provided where possible subject to availability
5. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
6. To book any Malmaison please call bookings central on 0845 365 4247 and quote the code that has been sent to you & or appears on the Priority Club Microsite.
7. To book any Hotel du Vin please call bookings central on 0845 365 4438 and quote the code that has been sent to you & or appears on the Priority Club Microsite.
8. Credit card details and email address must be given at time of booking to confirm your reservation
9. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival or a full charge for the booking will be taken.
10. You are responsible for cost of travel to and from the hotel.

Now it doesn't actually say you have to BE an 02 customer in the conditions...do you think i'd be able to get away with trying it?
I would just throw caution to the wind and call up, book and see what happens but it's for a special occasion and I don't want to turn up and not have a room!

Could you ask them what proof is required, i.e. is it that you need to be an o2 customer now but you are within your rights to have changed tariff between now & then?

That way you may get away with it!
