    no problem big fella.

I've just had a look back through my statements, and on my March statement, there's a little bit that says 'we are changing the terms and conditions of your account, please see leaflet enclosed with March statement. Under Clause 31 of your credit agreement, if you do not agree with these changes you can suspend your account, if you wish to do this you must return your card, PIN and credit card cheques to us but you must continue paying any monthly payment due.'

Unfortunately, I dont have the leaflet but this is ringing a bell with me, I'm sure that this was the purchase protection. Dont quote me on it but that's the only one I could find and the timing would seem about right. Hope that helps! Mrs R :-)

  • That is pro, thanks for the gen Mrs_Ryan. I know its a bit of a lost cause but trying to gather as much info as possible to see if there is a remote chance of fighting this through.

If you got something through with your Mmarch statement saying they were changing terms and conditions then that bodes well for my quest as I only got issued with a card in April and I never got anything but my card and welcome pack.

    Cheers

  • Hi Mrs_Ryan and everyone else,

I am still following up on this. I have a quick question: How much notice does Citi (Easyjet Mastercard) give to its customers when they are about to change their terms and conditions, eg. withdrawl of services, interest rates increase etc.

Is it 30 or 60 days?

    Many thanks

Think it may well be 30, as they always seem to be changing their terms and conditions!!
