can any one help 3 years ago i started getting my stamp paid but no money as i didnt have anoth stamps on will that always be the case or will i be able to get full incapsity benifit at some point eg money as well as stamp paid thankyou for anyhelp

You really need to contact the DWP about this to be sure, but as far as I'm aware, if yourt NI contributions are being made (your stamp), but you aren't actually receiving any incapacity benefit, then unless you are able to return to work for a specified period, then you won't ever qualify for full incapacity benefit.
I was in receipt of incapacity benefit many years ago. I recovered enough to return to part time work. Shortly after I returned to work, I received a letter from DWP, telling me how long I would have to work for before I was eligible for IB again (can't remember how long, but it was around 2 years before I'd be eligible again). However, I went sick again before I reached that point, and was told to claim IB again. This time I only qualified for for my NI contributions, no benefit.

The stamp you get credited with counts towards your pension. It does not build up an entitlement towards benefits.0
