I wouldn't recommend it as a passive light that might be in your perhipheral vision.
UV light is much like blue LEDs in this regard... high energy short wavelength light is VERY distracting, and causes "eye fatigue" for want of a better word much quicker than other colours of light, or even mixtures / whites.
You'll get sick of it. You might even get a sore head or sore eyes.
Don't get me wrong, I love the stuff, but not all the time, and not when I'm trying to concentrate on something else.Russia is HERE0 -
Vyseyboy. I't strange you saying lighting such as blue LEDs can make your eyes sore. I've just had time to set up my new Razor keyboard which like lots of gaming keyboards has blue lighting under the keys. I actually hate the effect it creates as you can't see the key lettering without the light on and you need to be right over the keyboard, waste of 50 quid to be sure :doh:Sealed Pot Challenge 15 #78
