I have a question of who is considered a "new customer."

If I withdraw all money from ING and close the account completely, can I apply through a standard new customer account opening procedure and become a "new customer" again? Maybe after a short wait? Or have I been labelled as an "old customer" forewer now?

This is a general question but also applies to ING directly.

    Cheers

There probably is no general answer, it is likely to be interpreted differently by different institutions. No idea as far as ING are concerned.
