I have a question of who is considered a "new customer."Only to new customers - their ex-KE depositors are a captive audience.
If I withdraw all money from ING and close the account completely, can I apply through a standard new customer account opening procedure and become a "new customer" again? Maybe after a short wait? Or have I been labelled as an "old customer" forewer now?
This is a general question but also applies to ING directly.
