I have a little leftover turkey and ham (was at my mum's for Xmas so just what she let me steal
). Today I chopped up some of each and warmed it through in a white sauce to have over pasta - was delicious with a bit of leftover stilton melted in! Savings target: £25000/£25000

i have just made a turkey broth, with all my xmas day leftover veg and roast potatoes, i have just whizzed it up with a blender, and its gorgeous and thick, i will serve tonight with warm baguettes.........0

Check out gino's leftover turkey and ham pie. We had it last night and it was gorgeous but if you have no gammon just use turkey.
