Just changed suppliers using the Energyhelpline site -help needed!!!
Hi
I have just filled in the necessary form online with the Energyhelpline and have made a saving per year of £139 going from British Gas and Npower to London online. Anyhow, I didnt realise(til i had completed everything!!!) that i need to go through a cashback site to get the £12.50. I just assumed it was paid through Energyhelpline. Ahhhhhhhh
I hope you can tell I am new to all this!
What do you suggest I do? I was planning to cancel with the above(7 day cooling off period) and then fill the form in again. Which site do I need to go through?
Thanks everyone- I just dont want to lose out on my £12.50 cashback offer.
xx
