House of Fraser Swindon are currently having a massive sale due to being rebranded as a House of Fraser Outlet- good bargains to be had? I don`t think so! A Antler suitcase was £70 last week and has now gone upto £112! (originally £120). A dinnerset we brough before the re-merchandising sale was £89, it is now £159! (originally £200). Not impressed at all, though i guess it's standard practice in most stores?

So Swindon and now Leicester have been deemed to be consisting of mainly lower pond life who are not able or worthy of buying thetop quality products that HOF is now selling after taking themselves up market (good strategy in current climate - NOT)

I have to say, the swindon store is in a mall which is full of other quality shops like zavvi, er...sweet shops, er soled out - some dodgy shoe clearance shop, and er....oh i think there was hm samuals and of course some chinese thereapy shops....

sound slike just the right place for a HOF - I think this is just a temporary strategy until the lease comes to an end - and then its bye bye swindon !
