Hope I can get some advice here. I am looking to open a limited company away from Nat West but the directors have defaults and missed payments but no ccjs, The company has been trading for 5 years has great accounts needs no overdraft/ has no finance just a bank account-any help other than contact an independent agency would be appreciated

Why if the company is trading as well as you suggest do you need to get away from Nat West?
If directors have defaults you might be stuck.0
