slight problem with the free $30 offer on the virtual prepaid card from icash

hi well i downloaded the virtual card (https://www.icash.com.au/card.exe) and the $30 aus dollar did show, but then i bought a pizza from dominos and now the balance is $0.00 even tho tho i spent £13.50 only on pizza

is there some1 official i can complain to about this, its a mastercard card, does any1 have mastercard telephone number?

http://finance.yahoo.com/currency/convert?amt=13.50&from=GBP&to=AUD
GBP13.50 is MORE than AUD30.00.

So the card company are correct.

£13.50 = $31.11 (AUS).

thanks please close the thread, i managed to call the company and it turns up there is just a delay in the updating of the balance, during which time it displays $0.00 until time of update... wierd, but ... whatever

id like to add that upon further evaluation, this isnt a product worth paying for past the free credit - i had to pay foreign exchange fee of 5% when converting the australian dollars to pounds
not that im complaining, not bad for free but shame u can only sign up once :mad:
