Curious-Has anybody had a real AKbank Experience?

If you have had a REAL Akbank experience, how was it? So many fixed options have now been removed and I am still waiting for the Icesave funds to clear/return.
I am not troubled by the Dutch Protection - they were very efficient it appears in relation to Icesave - but how has the REAL EXPERIENCE of AKBANK been for anyone who has used it. I see they do not issue statements, but do pay monthly interest.
Citicorp has a 20% state and at least they are doing something it appears to actively put their house in order.
Consrtructive advice will be most gratefully appreciated.
