OMG!! Thanks for pointing that one out...don't know how I missed it lol....HOWEVER if this company is indeed no longer in exsistance then who has been dealing with my DMP that I foolishly took up in 2006....I have CCA'd my creditors and they havecome back with they have been recieving payments from spectrum up until I cancelled it in January of this year after looking at my paperwork and realising that the contracted time was up and I would sort things out myself...long story but been abroad couldn't get hold of credit files, til my return, burried head in the sand and just paid spectrum 60 quid per month to keep the wolves from the door....on finding my credit file it was apparent that spectrum were not actually doing very much...I now figure that they owe me at least my joining fee of over 850 quid as they have failed to secure any full and final settlements to my creditors....as per their paperwork....I guess I can politely go whistle for that then....

Next stepfind out from the bank exactly where that 60 quid a month has been going I think...GGGRRR:mad:

Just been on companies house and discovered that the other two trading names, Buckley Stephens and co and pendragon financial services are still trading , guess they may be who I need to get in contact with then.
