in Credit cards
I have a SKY credit card for its interest free balance transfer & everyday transactions.
From it I get SKYpoints which can be be converted into benefits in Sky (films etc).
I'm being stubborn in not using their 0870 number (like every good MSE addict!) to convert them but every time I go to https://www.skycard.com (as instructed by Sky) I immediately get on to https://www.sky.com, and I've tried a dozen times.
I thought it might be because of Christmas but it's still not working. There is a link to skycard on the sky.com site but all I get is Page Unavailable. I've tried a landline number for Sky (which worked, but the 'helper' could get the screen I wanted, though I can't = impasse).
Apparently I have to register and I simply can't.
Can anybody help.

Thanks innovate for your suggestion. Tried it, didn't work and I'm still in the dark. Other things work OK on the net and I just don't understand it. I'll just have to use the 0870 I guess!0
