i know anyone can make an offer on a house at anytime, but when is the best time? we have an offer on our house, but this person has yet to sell their house. are we in a position ethically to make an offer on another property? do we class ourselves as "sold"?
please help - we dont want to miss our dream house by being slow, but also dont want to make an offer if we arent really in a position to move forward

Just make the offer, housing chains form all the time, as long as you keep everyone informed it shouldnt be a problem. Remember you can always lower your asking price on your property for a quicker sale.Save save save!!0
