Can anyone tell me why my Dell computer when put into sleep mode... wakes up again after 1 or 2 mins... its really annoying as I sometimes need to pop out and don't really want to switch it off every time...
I have looked in the help and support but nothing about it waking up after a couple of mins...

probably caused by wake on lan or a usb device
you can disable wake on lan from the properties on the lan device (ethernet) or sometimes in the bios0 -
