i got a virgin card in june 0% for 16 months, can i now transfer another balance on to it and will it still be 0%?

You can still transfer other balances onto the card but not at 0%.
Think this only applies to balance transfers completed within 90 days of opening the account.0 -
As you didn't do the transfer within 90 days probably not but it wouldn't hurt to give them a wee ring to see if they could accommodate you.0

Isn't the "within the first 60 days" clause a fairly new one? It's possible this clause wasn't in the OP's agreement back in June.
As cifpower says, best to ring them. Suggest you ring customer loyalty on 0800 783 1116, because if you do have the clause these are the people who could waive it for another BT.0 -
