I have been using QUICKEN 2OO4, but have purchased a new PC which doesn't recognise it, and it is no longer supported.
Can anyone recommend an easy to use alternative please ? I only do my husbands accounts and tax returns on it so do not need anything too complicated (he works on his own).

What operating system does your new PC run? I assume it's Vista, as I'm still using Quicken 2004 on XP Home, and it didn't need to be run in Compatibility mode.
Suggest you see if Vista has a Compatibility mode. The lack of current support should be no problem.
The classic alternative used to be Microsoft Money, but I don't know if they still do it.
Otherwise, you can google 'Personal Finance freeware'.
