Please can anyone tell me in their experience how long a Credit Card refund takes to appear on an account from the time the retailer process the refund ?

    My last one through HSBC took 4 working days.

    I find it a little frustrating that when you make a purchase your available credit decreases immediately, yet when getting a refund you have to wait for any sign of the refund to show on the account.
