Maybe you could try Campbells condensed soup - cream of mushroom, or cream of celery is nice. I slice the potatoes and onions in layers and pour this on top - mix with a bit of milk/water (not as much as if you were making soup) and pop in the oven.0

I have also tried the Dolmio lasagne white sauce mixed with cheese and onion - absolutely yummy!!I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes0
