  • Maybe you could try Campbells condensed soup - cream of mushroom, or cream of celery is nice. I slice the potatoes and onions in layers and pour this on top - mix with a bit of milk/water (not as much as if you were making soup) and pop in the oven.
  • I have also tried the Dolmio lasagne white sauce mixed with cheese and onion - absolutely yummy!!
    I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes ;)
  • Im sure morrisons and Asda have their own brand versions of this. PF

    i used to know of a recipe for doing these in the microwave, but im damned if i can remember it know...old age is a wonderful thing :D

    cheese and onion pie is nice too -or posh mash, as we used to call it when we were small :rotfl: ...how niave were we :D
