Edit: Hold fire on this for the moment. I checked my 'receipt' and the money possibly came off other titles that I ordered, but not this one. I have phoned customer services to check - they have told me it should have worked even on pre-ordered titles, but will investigate and call me back.

I have just ordered this & as I was registering as a customer fot the first time the code would not go through. It affected the price in my basket before I registered my details but not after. However I still got it as a great deal half price & I expect the shops will sell out before xmas.

*NEWSFLASH*

I've added something else to my basket and now it's applied the discount, so although it doesn't say so in the terms and conditions, I'm guessing there's a minimum spend of £5.

EDIT: It's only applied the discount to my other book (priced £5.39), so the code either doesn't apply to Beedle the Bard or to all books under £5 (either way, this isn't stated in the terms, which say you get 20% off ALL fiction).
