A few months ago I had a bad experience there which I felt compelled to complain to their head office about. However, after a change of staff (to people who actually seem to enjoy the job!) I have had nothing but fantastic service. One guy in particular is fab and calls me whenever something he thinks I will like comes in! Good job Blockbusters (although I will say that when I emailed them to congratulate them on the improvement I didn't get any response which was not so good)!
