I am sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with this firm and well done for standing up to them.
I don't mean to be facetious when I say this but I simply refuse to trust firms that contain the word 'Solutions' in their name. It may sound a trivial point but it's a good rule of thumb, I promise.0
