Hi
I owe Halifax £2800.
Card was cancelled about a year ago and im on repayment at £25.00 a month to debt collection agency.
Can I still reclaim the charges?

Im aware that halifax may say ok to refund charges but will put money towards the debt.
I just need to check before i go ahead with reclaiming.0 -
yes you can reclaim the charges for up to six years.0
