The best people to ask is Halifax.
Have you read the Ts and Cs and details of the policy.
You are asked to inform them of any medical conditions arising. However, I would imagine pregnancy isn't exactly the type of medical condition this is supposed to mean.
I doubt whether "I think I may be tired as I will be 14 weeks pregnant" is actually a valid cause for cancellation. However, if your pregnancy is causing medical problems for which your doctor advises you not to travel and is willing to sign Halifax's form to confirm this then that could possibly be covered.
Most people stay fit and healthy throughout their pregnancy and at 14 weeks you will not be big and uncomfortable. I would enjoy your pregnancy and your trip, don't worry about it.0
