Connection was refused

Hi, This is regarding the Quidco site, but posting here as I think it's a techie problem. When trying to view links via Quidco, I keep getting the error: "The connection was refused when attempting to contact https://www.apmebf.com." I think it's a firewall thing possibly? I have my router firewall and Comodo, where would I need to look to allow access to this apmebf.com? Any help would be much appreciated. :)

open comodo by double clicking the icon
So long as its not presently blocking anything (Should tell you on the main screen if it is)
Right click the icon and shut comodo down
then try to get on the site
Wether you can or not, immediately run Comodo again to be safe
If you CAN, we can look at what to do next
If you cant, the problem may be 'cookies' or suchlike

I've allowed it in IE options, and allowed it in FF options, still won't work. I've tried with Comodo switched off, it still won't load. Could it be blocked by Kaspersky?

    Have you cleared the cookies?

I know it's meant to redirect me onto whatever site I'm wanting to get to from Quidco, but some work, some I get a connection failure message. And it's the same ones all the time, and for several months now. Just... will... not... work.

Cleared cookies, set allow in IE and FF for 'www.apmebf.com', tried with Comodo off, nothing seems to work for me.

Not in a long long time, I'm using Kaspersky AV, Windows Defender and Spybot S&D.
