er no actualy the cruelst part of OCD is that you know taht the thoughts you are having and the actions taht you are doing are not 'normal' in that respect ti is totally different to any other mental illness. the bad part is that you cannot control the anxeity unless you repeat the senseless rituals over and over again, despite your full knowledge that what you are doing is totally sensless and a waste of time.:T The best things in life are FREE! :T0
